PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1- 3 business days. 

DELIVERY TIME

United States: 10 to 20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak periods can add time

TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take a couple of days before tracking shows movement. This is normal.

We currently ship to United States.

 

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If tracking has not updated in ten business days, email pete@peteranthony.ai and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed, list in full.

WRONG ADDRESS

We ship to the address given at checkout. Immediately. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, we cannot recover it.
